T he Center for Black Women’s Wellness, Inc. (CBWW) is a non-profit organization that provides free and low-cost services to empower black women, and their families, toward physical, mental and economic wellness.
We are looking for individuals, families and organizations who are interested in being part of an exciting and informative day of health and beauty. A brief 1 ½ hour orientation for volunteers will be held October 10, 17, 24, and 31 (you choose the date that work best for you). At the orientation everyone will be able to sign up for the area that they want to volunteer. Also, you will get a chance to tour the Pavilion..
The volunteer must be 18 years of age or older, detail oriented, computer literate, and able to work with little supervision. In addition, he/she cannot be afraid to ask questions (asking questions are a requirement for this opportunity).
